We provide leadership through training. Every client is treated as an equal. We have no preconceived ideas about what you are capable of. Strength and Speed rule! Strength training is the foundation for all types of success. We want to be pound for pound as strong as we can be. When we build strength, we are building muscle and muscle is the foundation of our metabolism. The more muscle we have, the more calories we burn and the easier it is to get and stay lean. Speed is the ability to activate our central nervous system and turn things on and off. We train speed in a ton of different ways that are appropriate for any age and it is FUN!

Garrett has been a coach at True Performance Training since 2014. With 12 years of experience in the fitness industry his goal is to help his students become the best version of themselves through fitness and proper nutrition.
Wendy has been a coach at True Performance Training since 2016. With 12 years of training experience, Wendy’s goal is to help you lose fat, build muscle and feel good.
